5.2 Refund Policy

You may request a refund within fifteen (15) days of purchase if the service or program has not yet been substantially used or delivered.
After 15 days or once services have begun, refunds may be prorated or denied at our discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Site—including text, images, videos, training modules, and software—are owned by Ensio Coaching or our licensors.
